Our Fees

The cost of success.

We generally charge for our fees and disbursements on a contingency fee basis, which means you do not have to pay anything for legal fees or disbursements unless and until you receive compensation for your injuries. Your fees will be based on the amount of compensation you receive. If you do not receive any compensation (and this has happened to me once in over 25 years of practice) you do not pay anything for legal fees and disbursements. We will provide you with a detailed written agreement so that you will clearly understand the amount you can expect to recover net of fees.
