After graduating from the University of Toronto law school in 1979, Tim Leigh-Bell articled for a top-tier law firm in downtown Toronto and then served as a law clerk to the Chief Justice of the Ontario Supreme Court, Trial Division. Following his appointment as a law clerk, he entered private practice, handling complex litigation cases as a member of another respected Toronto firm.
In 1995, he moved his practice to Mississauga to be closer to family. Today, he continues to focus on providing experienced representation and dedicated service for accident victims and their families throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Tim is assisted by our paralegal, Patti Kennedy, who is fully licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Melissa Klesc is our law clerk. Melissa graduated from the law clerk’s programme at Fanshawe College in 2007 with full training in civil litigation practice.
We keep our office small in order to continue to provide personal service and contact with our clients.
